The Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy is organizing the International Film Festival from November 8 to 20 in Bengaluru with some of the classic films of the world. The same international film festival from Academy will be held in district headquarters.

100 Desi and Videshi films are taking part in the KCA International Film festival. Federation of Film Society of India is joining hands in screening the films at Suchitra, Yavanika and Mahila Seva Sadhana. In all 28 films will be screened in each places says Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy President TS Nagabharana.

HN Narahari Rao is the KCA IFFI director. Media director is Dr Muddhu Mohan.

Miss Leelavathi of director MR Vittal and MV Krishnaswamy ‘Subba Shastry’ are the two Kannada films that will be screened at this festival on 9th November and 10th November respectively.
